Its 50,000 lb hitch rating makes it suited for heavier towing applications involving large machinery, construction equipment, industrial cargo, and other demanding loads. That does not mean every truck equipped with the 50K can tow 50,000 lbs. Your truck, chassis, trailer, axles, tires, mounting equipment, licensing requirements, and other components can all reduce the amount your complete setup can safely and legally tow.Adjustable Locking Jaws
One of the biggest upgrades on the 50K Haulin' is its adjustable locking jaw system. The jaws allow the fit around the trailer kingpin to be tightened as components wear over time.
Why it matters: Maintaining a tighter fit helps keep the kingpin connection secure and can extend the service life of internal hitch components.
Self-Lubricating Main Pivot
The main pivot uses an oil-embedded bronze bearing that lubricates the pivot during use, replacing a traditional manual grease point.
