This is the 34k Haulin' low profile 5th wheel. This unit has a 1/2" bolt plate with 4-75" bolt holes. The bolt pattern is 8” X 13”. There are 4 grease fittings, 2 located on top of the 5th wheel for the jaw pivot points and two located at the bottom front for the pivot pins on the sides.

The EZ3511DP uses the Haulin' Head 5th Wheel unit and 2 airbags. The Double Pivot is recommended for 5th Wheel campers, Toy Haulers, Horse Trailers, and Equipment Trailers. The Double Pivot head allows the truck and trailer to move across uneven terrain without binding.
This standalone mounting plate to allow you to mount one of our 34k Haulin' 5th Wheel Hitches to a cab and chassis frame. This plate will not fit standard trucks with the bed removed.
