This is the 34k Haulin' low profile 5th wheel. This unit is designed to be welded to a platform or the trailer neck. There are 4 grease fittings, 2 located on top of the 5 wheel for the jaw pivot points and two located at the bottom front for the pivot pins on the sides.
The EZ3511SP uses the Haulin' Head 5th Wheel unit and 2 air bags. The Single Pivot is recommended for Car Hauling Trailers, Hot Shot, or any other larger trailers.
These plates fit industry-standard rails. Pin the plate into the rails.

There are 5 grease fittings, 2 located on top of the 5 wheel for the jaw pivot points two located at the bottom front for the pivot pins on the sides, and one for the side-to-side pivot point.
This product is only the plate.
EZ Elite hitch systems are designed to be used with pickup trucks that do NOT have the OEM 4-Puck system installed. A bed delete is required. The hitch is then bolted on using existing holes in the frame of the truck.
