The EZ3511SP uses the Haulin' Head 5th Wheel unit and 2 air bags. The Single Pivot is recommended for Car Hauling Trailers, Hot Shot, or any other larger trailers.
EZ Elite OEM Plate will mount into the factory 4-puck system with ease. Place the plate into the puck system turn the handles and insert the locking pins. Some adjustment to the mounting feet may be required.

EZ Elite hitch systems are designed to be used with pickup trucks that do NOT have the OEM 4-Puck system installed. A bed delete is required. The hitch is then bolted on using existing holes in the frame of the truck.
This is the 34k Haulin' low profile 5th wheel. This unit has a 1/2" bolt plate with 4-75" bolt holes. The bolt pattern is 8” X 13”. There are 4 grease fittings, 2 located on top of the 5th wheel for the jaw pivot points and two located at the bottom front for the pivot pins on the sides.
