EZ Elite hitch systems are designed to be used with pickup trucks that do NOT have the OEM 4-Puck system installed. A bed delete is required. The hitch is then bolted on using existing holes in the frame of the truck.
These plates fit industry-standard rails. Pin the plate into the rails.
